Hunter Valley Cigars ship Australia wide. We also offer local hand delivery within 35km of North Rothbury, NSW 2335. A minimum order of 2 cigars applies for local hand delivery. See below for pricing.

Pricing:

Local delivery within 35km of North Rothbury, NSW 2335    $25 (Free for orders $400+)

Outside of the local area, standard delivery fees are based on product weight, and are as follows:

0-1kg   $9.95

1-2kg  $12.95

3-4kg  $13.50

4-5kg  $16.55

Estimated Delivery Times:

Local delivery - Same / Next Day when available, please check before ordering if you need your delivery by a certain day / time.

Standard post Australia-wide  3-5 Business Days, depending on location. Note that delivery to NT, WA, and remote areas may take longer.

All delivery times quoted throughout this site assume that the product(s) are in stock and ready to ship. Note where products are marked as Pre-Order, there is an expected lead time of 2-7 days before shipping.

We do not ship internationally.

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number for all shipments sent via Australia Post.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We do not accept returns of cigars, due to hygeine concerns, and do not accept cancellation of orders for change of mind.

 

However, if you have received a faulty product we accept returns within 30 days of date of purchase. You are responsible for shipping fees for any returns. Hunter Valley Cigars will provide either a refund or replacement for faulty goods at their discretion.
